Beautiful, new, and spacious house in Treungen, on Lake Nisser. Centrally located for boating, fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, hunting, and skiing/cross-country skiing. Cross-country ski trails are nearby. The Gautefall ski area is 15 minutes away, and Vrädal is 45 minutes away. The large windows offer stunning lake views. There's also a sauna and a charging station for electric cars. Feel like royalty in...Norway! Note: Electricity consumption will be billed to you afterward.Â
Three bedrooms: one double bed, one family bed (downstairs approx. 1.40m, upstairs approx. 80cm), and a smaller room with three 80cm beds (one of which is a bunk bed). The house has a sauna and a second toilet. The car charger can be used for a fee, upon request. Additional costs: Cleaning is mandatory and will be charged at €250. Electricity will be charged afterward (NOK 3.5/kWh). Access to the house is at the rear. There is a key box by the front door. This box contains the front door key. Direct contact with the owners is possible by WhatsApp or mobile calls.
